14-Day Returns

If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

1. Email sajmart6@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions for sending the item back.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Condition for returns

Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Warranty

Electronics and appliances are covered by a 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects. Contact us if an item stops working correctly.
